Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-1288P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,108 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-1288P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABCA8, LUZP1, and MTA2. Each is linked with RNU6-1288P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-1288P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-1288P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1288P versus ABCA8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU6-1288P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU6-1288P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
