The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU6-1288P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1288P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, STAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where RNU6-1288P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
