Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1258P RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1258P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RNU6-1258P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1258P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG show a favorable association.

COAD, HNSC, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNU6-1258P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
