Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1234P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1234P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher RNU6-1234P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1234P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and HNSC show a favorable association.

MESO, SKCM, and THYM are the cancer types where RNU6-1234P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
