Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1217P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1217P expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1217P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, RNU6-1217P RNA expression shows 4,808 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in HNSC. Together, these results highlight UCEC, LUAD, and HNSC as cancer lineages where RNU6-1217P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
