Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-1208P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,502 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-1208P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome organization, Peptidyl-lysine modification, and Obsolete cellular response to extracellular stimulus. Each is linked with RNU6-1208P in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-1208P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-1208P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of chromosome organization grouped by RNU6-1208P-low versus RNU6-1208P-high in UCEC.
