Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1208P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1208P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RNU6-1208P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1208P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SARC and ESCA show a favorable association.

LUSC, SKCM, and PAAD are the cancer types where RNU6-1208P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
