Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-1180P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,747 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-1180P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of spindle organization, Polyprenol metabolic process, and Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint. Each is linked with RNU6-1180P in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-1180P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-1180P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
