Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1170P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1170P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RNU6-1170P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1170P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and UCS show a favorable association.

COAD, LGG, and KICH are the cancer types where RNU6-1170P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
