Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-1160P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,031 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-1160P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-excision repair, Respiratory electron transport chain, and Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation. Each is linked with RNU6-1160P in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-1160P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-1160P results are reported.
