Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1160P RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1160P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher RNU6-1160P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1160P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and COAD show a favorable association.

DLBC, KIRP, and THCA are the cancer types where RNU6-1160P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
