Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-1157P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,104 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-1157P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, deadenylation-dependent decay, Adipose tissue development, and Vesicle-mediated transport between endosomal compartments. Each is linked with RNU6-1157P in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-1157P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-1157P results are reported.
