Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1157P RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1157P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RNU6-1157P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1157P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BLCA show a favorable association.

UVM, LIHC, and HNSC are the cancer types where RNU6-1157P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
