Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-110P RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-110P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RNU6-110P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-110P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and HNSC show a favorable association.

COAD, STAD, and THYM are the cancer types where RNU6-110P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
