Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1086P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1086P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1086P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Additionally, RNU6-1086P RNA expression shows 11,485 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight MESO, UCEC, and THYM as cancer lineages where RNU6-1086P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
