Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-1065P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-1065P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher RNU6-1065P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-1065P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and BLCA show a favorable association.

TGCT, ESCA, and THYM are the cancer types where RNU6-1065P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
