associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 1065, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1065P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1065P expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-1065P is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, RNU6-1065P RNA expression shows 9,484 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Together, these results highlight TGCT, COAD, and ESCA as cancer lineages where RNU6-1065P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-1065P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-1065P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (16). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-1065P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-1065P expression shows unfavorable associations in TGCT, THYM, LGG and KIRP, but favorable associations in ESCA and BLCA. The TGCT Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .006). Together, the overview and detailed table identify TGCT as the clearest survival context for RNU6-1065P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-1065P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-1065P shows lower tumor expression in COAD, BRCA, READ, HNSC and LUSC and higher tumor expression in PAAD. The COAD box plot shows higher RNU6-1065P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −1.658, t-test p < 0.001).
