Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU5F-4P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,322 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU5F-4P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA metabolic process, Protein modification by small protein removal, and Methylation. Each is linked with RNU5F-4P in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU5F-4P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU5F-4P results are reported.
