Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU5F-4P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU5F-4P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RNU5F-4P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU5F-4P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and LUSC show a favorable association.

UVM, COAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNU5F-4P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
