Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU4ATAC2P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU4ATAC2P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher RNU4ATAC2P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4ATAC2P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
TGCT, ESCA, and OV are the cancer types where RNU4ATAC2P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
