The most reproducible RNU4ATAC17P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule-based transport, Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and mRNA modification. Each is linked with RNU4ATAC17P in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU4ATAC17P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU4ATAC17P results are reported.
