Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU4ATAC15P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU4ATAC15P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU4ATAC15P is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Additionally, RNU4ATAC15P RNA expression shows 5,886 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight MESO, KIRP, and STAD as cancer lineages where RNU4ATAC15P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
