Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU4-85P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,087 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU4-85P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOR4A, PRKDC_S2612, and CLK4_S138. Each is linked with RNU4-85P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU4-85P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU4-85P results are reported.
