The most reproducible RNU4-81P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine acetylation, Telomere organization, and Neural nucleus development. Each is linked with RNU4-81P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU4-81P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU4-81P results are reported.
