Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU4-81P RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU4-81P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RNU4-81P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4-81P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KICH, PAAD, and OV are the cancer types where RNU4-81P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
