Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU4-68P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,014 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU4-68P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere organization, RNA-templated DNA biosynthetic process, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with RNU4-68P in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU4-68P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU4-68P results are reported.
