Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU4-68P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU4-68P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RNU4-68P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4-68P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and LUAD show a favorable association.

LUSC, UCEC, and THYM are the cancer types where RNU4-68P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
