Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU4-64P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,948 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU4-64P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Organophosphate catabolic process, Oocyte differentiation, and Sensory organ morphogenesis. Each is linked with RNU4-64P in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU4-64P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU4-64P results are reported.
