Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU4-62P RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU4-62P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU4-62P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4-62P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and THCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, CESC, and THCA are the cancer types where RNU4-62P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
