Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU4-37P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,706 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU4-37P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Modification of synaptic structure, Neurotransmitter receptor internalization, and Cardiac muscle cell membrane repolarization. Each is linked with RNU4-37P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU4-37P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU4-37P results are reported.
