Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU4-37P RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU4-37P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RNU4-37P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4-37P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA are the cancer types where RNU4-37P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
