Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU4-24P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU4-24P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher RNU4-24P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4-24P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and KIRC show a favorable association.

UCS, TGCT, and THCA are the cancer types where RNU4-24P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
