Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU4-22P RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU4-22P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNU4-22P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4-22P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and COAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, UCS, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNU4-22P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
