Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU4-14P RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU4-14P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher RNU4-14P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU4-14P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and LIHC show a favorable association.

READ, ESCA, and GBM are the cancer types where RNU4-14P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
