RNU2-58P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU2-58P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,622 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU2-58P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMPO, SPIN1, and ACIN1. Each is linked with RNU2-58P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU2-58P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU2-58P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-58P versus TMPO in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNU2-58P→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNU2-58P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
