Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU2-58P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU2-58P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher RNU2-58P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU2-58P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and ESCA show a favorable association.

COAD, KIRC, and UCS are the cancer types where RNU2-58P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
