The most reproducible RNU2-53P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Hindbrain development, Regulation of protein acetylation, and Protein demethylation. Each is linked with RNU2-53P in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU2-53P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU2-53P results are reported.
