Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU2-53P RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU2-53P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RNU2-53P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU2-53P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CESC, LIHC, and HNSC are the cancer types where RNU2-53P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
