Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU2-32P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU2-32P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RNU2-32P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU2-32P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD show a favorable association.

SKCM, LIHC, and MESO are the cancer types where RNU2-32P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
