Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU2-31P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,645 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU2-31P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACAP2, PIK3CA, and SRP68. Each is linked with RNU2-31P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU2-31P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU2-31P results are reported.
