Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU2-31P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU2-31P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU2-31P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU2-31P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, TGCT, and THCA are the cancer types where RNU2-31P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
