Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU2-30P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,240 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU2-30P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, SAFB2_S787, and SCAF1_S1195. Each is linked with RNU2-30P in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU2-30P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU2-30P results are reported.
