Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU2-30P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU2-30P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RNU2-30P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU2-30P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and BLCA show a favorable association.

STAD, BLCA, and PAAD are the cancer types where RNU2-30P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
