Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU2-29P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU2-29P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher RNU2-29P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU2-29P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CHOL, KIRC, and COAD are the cancer types where RNU2-29P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
