Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU2-17P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,075 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNU2-17P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to cilium, Regulation of microtubule-based process, and Protein localization to cilium. Each is linked with RNU2-17P in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU2-17P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU2-17P results are reported.
