Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU11-6P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU11-6P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RNU11-6P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU11-6P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and ESCA show a favorable association.

CESC, LIHC, and PRAD are the cancer types where RNU11-6P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
