Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU1-89P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU1-89P expression is associated with patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU1-89P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RNU1-89P RNA expression shows 9,173 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Together, these results highlight BLCA, KIRC, and BRCA as cancer lineages where RNU1-89P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
