Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-75P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU1-75P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher RNU1-75P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-75P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUAD show a favorable association.

CHOL, BLCA, and KICH are the cancer types where RNU1-75P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
