Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU1-61P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNU1-61P data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RNU1-61P Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU1-61P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where RNU1-61P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
