The most reproducible RNU1-29P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein ubiquitination, Cellular response to carbohydrate stimulus, and Carbohydrate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RNU1-29P in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU1-29P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU1-29P results are reported.
